All three buildings have undergone roof improvements with only the mansard repair forthcoming in 2024.
As part of the roof improvements, all second floor units upper unit attic spaces have been inspected with a formal report available upon request. Please email northcovemgmt@gmail.com if you would like a copy of your unit.
Hulett completed the termite tenting and we have a bond on the property. Please report ANY pest activity to northcovemgmt@gmail.com for treatment.

Does your condo have non-permitted construction work done inside of it? Regardless of whether the work occurred prior or during your ownership it is now your responsibility to reconcile that with the Village of North Palm Beach Permitting Office. Going forward North Cove Condo Association will perform a records review with the permitting office prior to the sale of any unit to ensure that per our Bylaws, all applicable permits have been properly opened and closed for liability purposes. REMINDER: All construction inside of condo units must be performed by licensed Florida contractors. Please contact northcovemgmt@gmail.com for COA Approval before construction other than minor repairs and consult the Licensing & Permits Office of North Palm Beach at www.village-npb.org for all permitting requirements.
